1 Hour Session - $70
During a one hour Reiki Session we move through the Chakras and spend special attention to weaker areas requiring more Life Force/Chi. We will work on your Auric Energy relating to physical body, as well as your mental/emotional wellbeing. As always you have control over what we cover during a Reiki Session. Reiki is a light touch or touchless therapy, but can be combined with other wellness treatments such as Crystal Therapies, massage etc.
Clients have experienced a reduction of pain and tension, deep relaxation, emotional release, stress release, refreshed sate of being and wellness, alignment and clarity, healing, to name a few.

Light Therapy also know as Chromo Therapy is based on the idea that colour and coloured light wave lengths can help treat physical and mental health. According to this idea, it can help cause subtle changes in our moods and biology.
